On the big trampoline, little acrobats practice their first backflips, while the ping-pong table invites thrilling matches – whether within the family or with new friends.
Ship, ahoy! The pirate ship is a fantastic play world for little sailors and big treasure hunters alike. Located right in the middle of the adventure playground, it’s the perfect setting for your kids’ high-seas adventures – right there in the soft sand.
The high-ropes course behind our Austrian lake resort is packed with adrenaline and excitement. It takes focus and coordination as both kids and adults bravely climb, balance, and swing from tree to tree. You’ll find zip lines connecting platforms, wobbly bridges to test your balance, and treetop platforms perfect for planning your next move. If you prefer climbing indoors, pay a visit to the indoor climbing hall.
The motto on the go-kart track is: Pedal to the metal! On child-friendly circuits with top-notch safety gear, your little racers can enjoy high-speed fun. With big smiles and plenty of excitement, it’s full speed ahead all the way to the finish line!
At our family lake resort, the goal is clear: get the ball in the back of the net. At the Mini Kicker Camp, kids aged 4 to 6 learn the basics in a fun and supportive environment. For children aged 6 and up, our football school combines exciting gameplay with skill-building and discipline – always with a healthy dose of fun.
Windsurfing, opti-sailing, stand-up paddling, pedal boating … there are so many activities for children and adults on Lake Achensee. Book one of our courses or explore the lake on your own: fun, variety, and adventure are guaranteed. Refreshments, snacks, and ice cream are available afterwards from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Buchau beach bar.
Focus, breathe, aim – and release! Familienresort Buchau is one of the best lake resorts in Austria with 3D archery course, which is located right behind the hotel. Here, kids can aim at life-sized animal figures and practise their marksmanship. It is the perfect concentration training for beginners and advanced archers.
