• Every holiday is rewarded!
• The number of “Buchau guineas” is calculated from the total value of your hotel bill – each family receives 3% of their turnover in the form of guineas (conversion factor: 100 Buchau guineas = €10.00)
• Can Buchau guineas lose their validity?
  Buchau guineas have no expiry date and therefore do not expire (exception: Buchau guineas that you receive on your birthday lose their validity after 1 year).

• What can you use your guineas for?
  In our exclusive regular guest area we have special offers for you, which you can book online – and redeem your Buchau guineas as a result. You redeem your guineas for your next stay – in the form of vouchers for all wellness offers or other activities such as horse riding, water sports school, ... You can also redeem your Buchau guineas for selected holiday offers, which you will find in the regular guest area.
• Recommend us to others: Log into the regular guest portal immediately, enter the details of a friend or acquaintance under “Recommendation” and send your personal holiday recommendation. If they book a stay (only valid for your recommended acquaintances/friends’ first visit) at our hotel, you will receive 150 Buchau guineas per night credited to your account.
