To be allowed to belong to the Kinderhotels group, a number of standards have to be met that will make your family holiday a fantastic experience. The highest safety standards are subject to regular inspections of the facilities by the TÜV, and the Kinderhotels are also rated according to the group's own “Smiley” system (3, 4, 5 Smileys). Regular on-site inspections are a certificate of quality that confirms our personal standards and the way we work. In return, the “Kinderhotels” academy offers regular further education and training for all “Kinderhotels” employees.
