Paths across the white blanket of snow, through snowy forests or up to snow-covered peaks – winter hiking is a hit. You can stroll through Lake Achensee’s unique nature in fantastic conditions on more than 100 kilometres of ideally prepared paths. As a special highlight you can take a walk around the beautiful mountain lake and marvel at the reflection of the mountains in the clear water.
Borrow a sledge free of charge and start your tobogganing fun in a very relaxed way. You can ride down to the valley and have an exciting race with the other tobogganists or simply enjoy nature in a very leisurely way on 5 natural toboggan runs. At between 800 metres and 3.5 kilometres long, you will find both fast and family-friendly tobogganing fun for all age groups.

Wonderfully romantic, interesting and still warm, even though you are outside – a horse-drawn carriage ride through the Lake Achensee region is something very special. Wrapped in warm blankets you can explore the area around beautiful Lake Achensee and marvel at the impressive mountain peaks as well as the white snowy landscape.
